Production and shipping

Your piece is made by hand after you approve your design. Delivery takes about 4–6 weeks from approval.

Shipping cost to your country is shown at checkout.

Material and care

Discs in Fairmined-certified 925 sterling silver, plain or plated in yellow or rose gold. Diameter 10, 12 or 14 mm. The Fairmined label covers the silver of the discs.

Post and butterfly back in silver, gold-plated as well on plated studs. The post is soldered on by hand. Each stud weighs about 3 to 5 g.

Solid 14k or 18k Fairmined gold is available on request.

Care: keep them away from water and clean them with a soft cloth.

Dein Berg als Ohrstecker. Aus echten Höhendaten entsteht das Relief deines Bergs auf Scheiben aus Fairmined-zertifiziertem 925er Sterlingsilber, auf Wunsch gelb oder rosé vergoldet. Stift und Ohrmutter sind aus Silber, der Stift wird von Hand angelötet.

Als Paar mit einem Berg, als Paar mit zwei verschiedenen Bergen oder als Einzelstecker, in 10, 12 oder 14 mm. Den Ausschnitt wählst du im Konfigurator und siehst ihn sofort in 3D. Vor der Fertigung bekommst du deinen finalen Entwurf zur Freigabe.

Auf Anfrage fertigen wir deine Ohrstecker auch in massivem Fairmined-Gold, 14 oder 18 Karat.

We check every design personally and adjust it with you. Changes are free until you approve it.

Goldsmiths in Germany make your piece by hand. After approval, this takes about 4–6 weeks.

Good to know.

Does the design cost anything?
The 3D design in the configurator is free and without obligation. When you order, you receive your final design for approval before production. Changes are free until then.
Can I choose a different mountain for each ear?
Yes. For a pair, choose “Two different mountains”. You then design stud 1 and stud 2 one after the other, each with its own map section, its own 3D design and, if you add diamonds, its own diamond spot.
Which diameter suits me?
10 mm is subtle, 12 mm balanced, 14 mm shows the most of your mountain. For comparison: a one-cent coin measures 16.25 mm.
What if I don't like the design?
You confirm the design before production. We adjust it free of charge until it is right. Only after your approval does your piece go to the workshop.
How long does production take?
About 4–6 weeks after your approval. Every piece is made by hand. If you need it sooner, write to us. There is an express option.
Which materials are available?
The earrings are made of Fairmined-certified 925 sterling silver, plain or plated in yellow or rose gold. Post and back are silver. Solid 14k or 18k Fairmined gold is available on request. We can also set a diamond (0.005 ct) in each stud at your favorite spot.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Pieces made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. That is why you approve your design before production, and we change it free of charge until it is right. Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy is free. For other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout. For Switzerland, customs duty and import VAT are included in the price.
How do I care for my piece?
Keep it away from water and clean it with a soft cloth. Store gold-plated pieces separately from other jewelry.
